Christèle TCHALLA

Christèle Tchalla is a Make-up Formula Development Specialist at Puig, leveraging extensive experience in cosmetic formulation and project management. They began their career with a stage at BioCis and held various roles at EPI France, Oriflame Cosmetics, and L’Oréal, where they specialized in lipstick development and reformulation projects. Christèle obtained a Master's degree in Natural Cosmetic Raw Materials from ISIPCA and a Bachelor's in Chemistry from Université Paris Sud. Prior to their current role, they served as R&D Manager at Weckerle France and worked on numerous innovative cosmetic projects, emphasizing collaboration across departments.
