Gemma Taylor

Gemma Taylor is currently the Head of CRM and Loyalty at Puig, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, they served as the Head of CRM at DOVER STREET MARKET (INTERNATIONAL) LIMITED from 2021 to 2023 and as CRM Lead at Ganni A/S from 2019 to 2021. Prior to these roles, Gemma was a Senior CRM and Loyalty Manager at MATCHESFASHION.COM from 2016 to 2019 and held various positions in CRM and customer service across different companies since 2006. Gemma earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Computing from the University of Kent in 2011.
