Gerardo Cuevas

Gerardo Cuevas has a diverse work experience in human resources. Gerardo started their career in 1994 as a Recruitment and Selection Manager & personnel administration at Gruppo Covarra Rivetex. In 1999, they moved on to become an HR manager at Kaltex Home, a role which they held until 2002. From 2002 to 2004, Cuevas worked as a Human Resources Director at G4S. In 2005, they joined Puig as their Human Resources Director, overseeing various HR functions such as recruitment, personnel supervision, compensation, training, and payroll processing. Gerardo is familiar with SAP and SuccessFactors.

Gerardo Cuevas completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at the Universidad Intercontinental from 1991 to 1995. Gerardo then pursued further education in human development and received a certification from the Instituto Humanista de Psicoterapia Gestalt from 2014 to 2015. Finally, from 2016 to 2018, Gerardo studied Gestalt Psychotherapy at IHPG and obtained a speciality degree.
