Johnny Ayoub

Johnny AYOUB is a seasoned retail design professional currently serving as the Retail Design Director for Christian Louboutin Beauté at Puig since February 2024. Prior to this role, Johnny AYOUB held the position of Head of Retail Design for Fragrances at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from May 2019 to February 2024, where responsibilities included leading a team of six architects and designers for brands such as Tom Ford Beauty and Jo Malone London. Additionally, Johnny AYOUB managed the Retail Design initiatives for Jo Malone London across the EMEIA region, focusing on store design and visual merchandising. Previous experience includes serving as Retail Design Project Manager for Giorgio ARMANI Beauty at L'Oréal and as a retail designer and project manager at 7lieues. Johnny AYOUB began a career in design as a Dessinateur Projeteur and architect at DB Architectes. Educational credentials include a degree in Interior Architecture from ESAM and a Bachelor of Arts in Arts & Design for interiors from the American University of Beirut.
