Toni Peña has a rich and diverse work experience history. Toni started their career at Círculo de Lectores, Bertelsmann, where they worked as a Commercial Intelligence Project Management between June 1994 and June 1995. Toni then joined Henkel - Laundry & Home Care, where they held various positions such as Trade Marketing Manager from June 1995 to October 1998, Sales Director China from November 1998 to May 2001, Brand Manager from June 2001 to February 2003, National Accounts and Field Director from March 2003 to June 2008, and finally as a Global Account Director from February 2008 to February 2009.
After Henkel, Toni Peña moved to Sara Lee Southern Europe, where they served as Commercial Director - Coffee & Tea Spain from March 2009 to August 2012. Following their time at Sara Lee, Toni joined JDE - Jacobs Douwe Egberts (ex Sara Lee Coffee & Tea) as the Global Sales Director in September 2012. During their tenure, they oversaw the Sales Organization in more than 17 countries and played a key role in the commercial integration of Modelez Coffee business into the new JDE Group.
Currently, Toni Peña is working at Puig, where they have held various positions. Toni started as the Commercial Director Spain from July 2015 to June 2018, later moving to the role of VP Commercial Transformation & Revenue Management from July 2018 to December 2020. Since January 2021, Toni has been serving as the VP Commercial & Digital Business Development at Puig.
Toni Peña obtained a University Degree and an MBA in Economics and Business Administration from Esade between 1988 and 1994. Additionally, from 1992 to 1993, Tony pursued a Master CEMS in International Economics and Business Administration at Université Catholique de Louvain la Neuve - IAG.
