Gary O’Connor

Gary O’Connor is a partner at Pullman & Comley, LLC, where they co-chair the Real Estate Environmental Energy and Land Use Department. Their legal practice focuses on environmental, real estate, and development matters, with extensive experience in complex industrial and commercial real estate transactions affected by environmental conditions. Gary has worked with various regulators on behalf of private and public sector clients, contributing significantly to major projects and initiatives in Connecticut, including the creation of a comprehensive brownfields initiative. Additionally, Gary has represented private developers in the remediation and land use permitting of significant projects and has counseled health care clients on various regulatory matters. They are currently pursuing a J.D. at Boston College Law School and a B.A. in Political Science and Economics at Boston College.
