Mark Sommaruga

Mark Sommaruga is a Partner at Pullman & Comley, LLC, where they provide legal counsel to Connecticut municipalities, school boards, and various public and private sector clients. With over 31 years of experience, Mark specializes in labor, employment, education, civil rights, and municipal law, and has litigated numerous cases in state and federal courts. Mark authored "Understanding Connecticut's Freedom of Information Act" and frequently contributes to the firm's blogs. They also serve as the chair of the firm's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. Mark earned a Doctor of Law from The University of Connecticut School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Russian & Soviet Studies from Trinity College-Hartford.
