Brian Boman is an experienced professional in civil engineering and project management, currently serving as Business Development Manager and previously as Project Manager and Project Engineer at Pullman Services since July 2021. Prior to this role, Brian held the position of Project Manager with the City of Kansas City, MO, and worked as a Field Engineer at Terracon, where responsibilities included consulting and quality assurance for materials. Earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Technician at Olsson Associates and a Laboratory Technician at TSi Geotechnical, Inc., where industry standards were applied in testing soil, concrete, and asphalt. Brian is an alumnus of the University of Missouri-Kansas City, holding a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and actively contributed as a member of the UMKC School of Computing and Engineering Alumni Board from February 2018 to January 2022, promoting the value of an engineering education.

As a signatory to local, national, and international labor agreements, PULLMAN has access to a large base of skilled craftsmen to supplement its own full-time workers in local offices across the country. These craftsmen specialize in the repair and maintenance of concrete/steel infrastructure, as well as building envelope repair and maintenance.
