Chad Ruff

Chad Ruff is a construction manager with extensive experience in gunite application, concrete applications, and various coatings. They have held roles such as General Superintendent and Construction Manager at PULLMAN, alongside previous positions as a Foreman and Owner/Manager at other firms. With a solid foundation in manpower management, scheduling, and budget oversight, Chad applies their skills to both open shop and union personnel. They are currently pursuing their high school education at Ovid-Elsie.
