Dave Kimble

Dave Kimble, LEED AP, is a seasoned Division Manager with extensive experience in the construction industry. They began their career as an Estimator/Project Manager at Ziolkowski Construction from 1997 to 2006, followed by a role as Construction Manager at Grubb & Ellis/Cressy & Everett from 2006 to 2008. Dave served as Director of Facilities at CB Richard Ellis | Bradley from 2008 to 2010 and spent 14 years as Branch Manager at Western Specialty Contractors until 2024. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Business Development Manager and Division Manager at Pullman Services and are also the General Manager at Tacoma Roofing & Waterproofing. Dave earned a BA in Liberal Arts from Purdue University between 1989 and 1992.
