John McKune

John has nearly 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on the medical device and pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Pulmonx, John was Vice President, Corporate Controller at Accuray, a publicly traded radiation therapy company, where he had responsibility for worldwide accounting, tax, and treasury operations. Previously, John held financial leadership positions at two other publicly traded companies including Carbylan Therapeutics, where he served as Vice President Finance & Principal Accounting Officer, and as Corporate Controller at Conceptus, which was acquired by Bayer Healthcare. John began his career in public accounting, spending five years in the Silicon Valley office of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. John holds a B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
