Chris Mott is an internationally recognized expert on technology platforms to measure neurobehavioral performance and cognition. He is the technical architect of Pulsar’s software applications and oversees the company’s data analysis team.

Chris was the principal engineer for the NASA Behavioral Health and Performance Dashboard, a tool for NASA flight surgeons to manage sleep health and medical care of astronauts on the International Space Station. He was also the principal engineer for an advanced research and development program sponsored by the Office of Naval Research to deliver a technology platform to help Navy physicians deliver sleep health and medical care to Navy seals and Marine Expeditionary Forces.

Chris’s research and development innovations have become the basis of industry standard approaches for individualized assessment of fatigue based on sleep patterns. He holds a master’s degree in electrical and computer engineering, and has been awarded seven U.S. patents for inventions related to technology platforms to support sleep health, medical care, and neurobehavioral assessment.
