SOLUTION-FOCUSED CAREER COACHING & CAREER DEVELOPMENT
Partnering with people and supporting them in the areas of career development, career transition and career reengineering. As well as also delivering career workshops and trainings to groups of people.

Our Approach uses various tools and techniques to support my clients, while respecting the four fundamentals to coaching:

1. Solution-Focused
Moves the individual towards their desired future outcomes, instead of concentrating on past experiences or reasons for present dissatisfaction.

2. Systematic
Emphasizes the holistic nature of the individual, seeing how positive change can fit into their bigger picture.

3. Client-Centered
Trusts the individual’s inner resources and skills, respecting their agenda and future outcomes.

4. Action-Oriented
Pursues transformational change in specific, inspired steps that lead to fundamental shifts in attitude, behaviour and habit formation.
