Rangana Minesh

Rangana Minesh is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in software architecture and development. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Pulse iD since April 2022, Rangana previously held the role of Senior Engineering Manager (Software Architect) at eyewa from July 2020 to June 2022. Prior to these positions, Rangana worked as a Software Architect at CodeGen International and as an Associate Solutions Architect at Rezgateway, where responsibilities included leading software teams and defining product requirements in collaboration with stakeholders. Early career roles span from Associate Software Engineer at PC House PLC to a progression through various technical lead positions. Rangana holds a Master of Science in Enterprise Application Development from SLIIT and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering from the Java Institute for Advanced Technology, along with a qualification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
