CHANGING THE WORLD BY CHANGING THE WAY WE EAT

In 2015, we had a serendipitous meeting of minds. Our purpose is to change the world by changing the way we eat.

We empower people to cook delicious, healthy meals in minutes, improve their quality of life, and facilitate the transition toward food systems that truly nourish people and heal the planet.

Plant-based with a pulse!

We are pulse cooking experts obsessed with flavour and quality, and committed to creating the best tasting pulse-based products in the world.

Pulses are the dried seeds of edible legumes. They are nature’s most sustainable protein source, and are packed with fibre, phytonutrients, polyphenols, vitamins and minerals.

Consuming pulses regularly contribute to:

•	Improved digestive health
•	Lower risk of heart disease
•	Reduced risk of and improved management of type 2 diabetes
•	Improved weight control
•	Enhanced immune function
•	Promoting overall health and longevity.

When they grow, the legume family pull nitrogen from the atmosphere and fix it into the soil thereby enriching it. Legumes are therefore an essential part of regenerative farming systems and future food security.

As such, by eating pulses regularly we are effectively helping to change the world by changing the way we eat.

Join the movement. Becoming a pulse lover had never been easier or more delicious!
