Devendra Rath

Devendra Rath has worked in the software development field since 1996. Starting at PCL Mindware as a Software Engineer, they then moved to Nokia as a Senior Software Engineer in 1998. In 1999, they joined Intel Corporation as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked on policy-based network management applications and a CIM-based application for managing a data center. Devendra was also part of a new business initiative team that worked on a cloud security-related product. In 2003, they joined Intel India Technology Pvt Ltd as a Senior Software Engineer and Development Manager, where they developed a bare-metal server provisioning tool. From 2007 to 2014, they worked at McAfee as a Development Manager, developing anti-malware products for endpoints, servers, and cloud. Devendra then joined Pulse Secure in 2014 as a Development Manager, where they worked on a new product providing network and device level visibility for network access control. In 2018, they joined Sophos as a Director of Software Development and then as a Senior Director of Software Development.

Devendra Rath attended Mount St. Mary's School, Delhi Cantt. from 1987 to 1991. Devendra then pursued a BE in Electrical and Electronics from BIT Mesra Student-Industry Relations Cell from 1992 to 1996.
