Stephen Malcolm has been working in the IT field since 2009. Stephen began their career at CSS Corp as a Technical Support Engineer for Belkin and then moved to a Support Escalation Engineer for Belkin. In 2013, they became a Network Engineer for Juniper Networks at CSS Corp. In 2016, they became a Network Specialist for Pulse Secure at CSS Corp. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at Pulse Secure.
