Eric Boles

Eric Boles is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business ownership and management. Currently, Eric serves as the Business Owner of F45 Training Charlestown IRL and Be Balanced Nutrition, alongside holding the position of Director and Chief Operations Officer at Pulse Security Management. In the fitness industry, Eric contributes as a Group Exercise Instructor at Westwood Clubs and as a Presenter, Trainer, and Assessor for Les Mills UK and Ireland. Eric's leadership experience includes a long tenure as Managing Director at Renaissance Security and prior involvement as Vice Chairman of the events and entertainment division of the Irish Security Industry Association. Eric's foundational experience in customer service began at a young age in a prominent Dublin theatre. Eric holds a Diploma of Education in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from NTC Dublin.
