Fabiha Iffat

Fabiha Iffat currently serves as the Assistant Vice President and Chief of Staff at Pulse Tech Ltd., a position held since November 2025. Prior to this role, Fabiha worked at ShopUp from May 2021 to November 2025, initially as a Project Manager, where responsibilities included data model development for financial forecasting and investor-focused product design. As a Growth Performance Specialist, Fabiha managed a team to enhance business retention and growth strategies, developed automation frameworks, and optimized logistics and distribution products. Earlier experience includes a role as a Junior Program Manager at ShopUp, focusing on logistics and financial solutions, along with internships at Nestle Bangladesh and Samsung R&D Institute Bangladesh, where technical skills in VBA and AngularJS were applied. Fabiha holds a BSc in Computer Science and Engineering from the Islamic University of Technology, alongside educational credentials from Adamjee Cantonment College and Shaheed Bir Uttam Lt.
