Paul Miceli

Paul Miceli began their career in 1994 at IBM as a Remote Senior Field Technician & Support. During their tenure, they managed, trained, serviced, and supported industry leaders across middle Tennessee on all hardware, servers, and POS systems. Paul earned multiple promotions, beginning as an On Call - Financial & POS Lead followed by Level 3 Specialist. In 1999, they joined Pulse Technology as Chief Technology Officer. In this role, they analyzed business processes to identify inefficiencies and consulted clients on implementing solutions to enhance paperwork flow, improve productivity, maintain compliance, and resolve everyday business challenges. Paul prioritized needs and delivered custom solutions comprised of hardware, software, implementations, and trainings to maximize return on investment. Paul was promoted throughout their tenure based on outstanding success and performance.

Paul Miceli attended the Illinois Institute of Technology from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering with a focus on Computer Science. In December 2019, they obtained a certification in Security Fundamentals for Sales from Continuum Managed Services.
