With extensive experience in learning and development, Ron previously served as the Chief Learning Strategist and CEO at Fireson Consulting and held leadership roles at Riverbed Technology and CA Technologies, among others. They have excelled in implementing innovative educational strategies, leveraging technology, and achieving significant revenue growth through enhanced training programs. Ron's academic background includes a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University and ongoing studies in Psychology at St. Joseph's University New York and Oswego.
