Nir Katchinskiy

Nir Katchinskiy is the Co-Founder and CEO of PulseMedica. Nir has a wide range of experience in the construction and real estate industries, as well as in research and development.

Nir Katchinskiy began their career as a Renewable Resources Research Technician at Lakeland College Canada. Nir then went on to found and lead PulseMedica, before taking on the role of Director of Operations at Go Custom Builders. During their time at Go Custom Builders, Nir Katchinskiy successfully managed projects totaling over $1 million.

In 2012, Nir Katchinskiy began working as a Post-doctoral Fellow in Ophthalmic Imaging and Surgery R&D at the University of Alberta. Nir remained in this role for eight years, until they returned to PulseMedica in 2020. Nir Katchinskiy is currently responsible for leading the company’s research and development efforts.

Nir Katchinskiy received their Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical (Biomedical) Engineering from the University of Alberta. Nir also holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (Biomedical) from the University of Alberta.
