Ketul Patel

Ketul Patel has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Starting in 2015, they worked as a Software Developer Intern at Softvan, gaining experience in application design, development, and testing automation. In 2016, Ketul joined PG Infotech as a Software Developer, where they developed and deployed features for a school management system and improved web page loading speed. In 2018, they became a Research Assistant at the University at Albany, SUNY, working on the NSF-funded DiscourseDB project and assisting with a software engineering course as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. In 2019, Ketul took on roles as a Data Analyst at Sapience, where they automated data processing and analysis to improve reporting and save costs, and as a Data Analyst 2 at Capgemini, managing cross-functional teams and providing insights for marketing and product strategies. Most recently, Ketul joined PulsePoint as a Senior Client Analyst in 2022.

Ketul Patel completed their Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Gujarat Technological University (GTU) in the years 2012 to 2016. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Science at the University at Albany, SUNY from 2017 to 2019. In terms of additional certifications, Ketul obtained a Diploma in Multilingual Computer Programming from CDAC, Noida in 2014. Ketul also obtained certifications in Analyzing and Visualizing Data in Looker from Google Cloud Training Online in January 2023, Innovating with Data and Google Cloud in September 2022, SQL for Data Science from Coursera in February 2021, rRDM Analyst Certification from Johnson & Johnson in October 2020, Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in January 2020, and Certified SAFe 5 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in January 2021.
