Robert Page has extensive experience in the medical industry. Robert began their career in 1997 as an Economic Analyst for the Secretaria de Recursos Naturales y Desarrollo Sustentable. In 2000, they co-founded MedToGo Publishing and served as Vice President of Operations. In this role, Robert canvased Mexico's healthcare system, interviewing over 1,000 doctors and inspecting more than 100 hospitals. Robert authored and self-published 3 unique guidebook publications over a 6-year span. In 2006, Robert co-founded MedToGo International, an offline, global medical concierge company. Robert facilitated surgery for 10 years, helping patients with needs as simple as a dental implant to as complex as kidney transplant surgery. In 2015, Robert founded PulseProtocol, a multi-sided marketplace that helps medical professionals, patients, and medical facilitators to engage in the business of medical tourism. Robert provides SaaS solutions and related marketing services to customers located all around the world.

Robert Page attended Georgetown University from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a BS in School of Foreign Service with a focus in Developmental Economics. From 1994 to 1995, they participated in a Study Abroad Program at the University of Tübingen, focusing on International Economics. Prior to their time at Georgetown, Robert Page attended the University of Buenos Aires in 1991 to 1992, studying Developmental Economics of Latin America.
