Matt Sinclair

Matt Sinclair is an experienced financial professional currently serving as Financial Controller at Pulsiv since January 2025. Previously, Matt held the role of Financial Controller at Pragmatic from October 2022 to December 2024, overseeing financial operations and reporting. Prior to this, Matt was Head of FP&A at both Pragmatic and Xaar, where responsibilities included managing financial planning processes and providing strategic insights. Matt's career at Xaar included several leadership positions within finance, enhancing decision-making through timely reporting and financial analysis. Earlier experiences include roles at East Anglia's Children's Hospices, culminating in management and purchasing assistant positions, and an academic background in Mathematical Economics and Statistics from the University of Birmingham.
