Andrew Smith

Andrew Smith is a senior at the University of South Florida, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance with a focus on Real Estate. Currently serving as a Land Acquisition Intern at PulteGroup since May 2025, Andrew has previously gained valuable experience in the real estate sector as a Real Estate Intern at Cortland and a Land Acquisition Intern at KB Home. At Cortland, responsibilities included participation in a property management training program and overseeing sales and lease administration. During the tenure at KB Home, Andrew conducted market analysis and assisted in creating land deal sheets to support acquisition decisions, further developing knowledge of the homebuilding industry.
