Chris Stover, CSI, has extensive experience in engineering and construction management, with a career spanning multiple roles and companies. Stover began as a CADD Draftsman at Design Elite and progressed to senior positions, including Senior Designer at Gray Engineering Consultants and Project Manager/Engineer at Verdae Development Inc. Currently serving as a Land Development Project Manager at PulteGroup, Stover also held the title of Engineering Tech II / Construction Inspection with the City of Greenville. Stover holds multiple certifications, including Erosion Prevention & Sediment Control Inspector and NCDOT Work Zone Supervisor, and possesses relevant academic qualifications from Spartanburg Methodist College and Greenville Technical College.
