Initially starting at PulteGroup from June 2004 to November 2011, Kelly held various roles including Customer Relations Manager, Strategic Sourcing Manager, and Purchasing Analyst. After a stint as Purchasing Agent at Kolter Homes from November 2013 to January 2017, Kelly served as Purchasing Manager at Kolter Group from January 2017 to March 2020. Currently, Kelly is the Director of Procurement at PulteGroup, a position held since September 2023.
