John Dempsey

John Dempsey is the Director of Land Development at Pulte, a position held since 2004. Dempsey previously served as a Subdivision Manager and Lead Superintendent at Pulte Homes from 2000 to 2002, and was the Director of Land Development at Pulte Homes Inc./DelWebb Communities from 2008 to 2009. Dempsey earned a B.S. in Neurobiology, Chemistry, Physics, and K-12 Education from the State University of New York College at Potsdam and a Master’s in Education from Manhattanville University.
