John Ross

John Ross is an experienced construction management professional with a robust background in overseeing residential and commercial projects. Currently serving as a Senior Construction Manager at PulteGroup since September 2021, John supervises Construction Managers and addresses customer experience challenges while fostering continuous improvement. Prior experience includes roles at D.R. Horton, where John managed site activities and ensured compliance with building codes, and at Brookfield Properties and GGP, where John developed budgets and maintained regulatory relationships. John holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Memphis and a degree in Business Administration from Southwest Tennessee Community College.
