Lena Eugene

Lena Eugene currently serves as the Marketing Director at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where extensive management experience is applied to integrate employee analysis, define goals, and customize strategies to achieve company objectives. Previously, Lena held the position of Marketing Manager, focusing on product market development and pricing strategies. Additionally, Lena invests in financial products as an individual investor since 2019 and has experience as an Equity Manager at Belarusbank from 2013 to 2015, assisting clients with investment portfolios. Lena holds two Master's degrees in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law and in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Belarusian State Economic University and Belarusian State University, respectively.
