Ryan Stokes is a seasoned Homebuilding Professional with over 22 years of experience in Homebuilding Operations. Currently, Ryan holds the position of Division President at PulteGroup, overseeing the Pacific Northwest Division in Washington and Oregon, with a goal to grow into a Top 3 builder in both markets. Ryan previously served in various leadership roles at LGI Homes and Pulte Homes, responsible for construction operations and homebuilding processes across multiple states. Ryan earned a B.S. in Business Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
