Stephen Carleton

Stephen Carleton, PMP, currently serves as Director of National Procurement at Pulte Group, Inc. since January 2018, having previously held various roles at PulteGroup since August 2009, including Project Manager and Purchasing Agent. Stephen's prior experience includes serving as Purchasing Manager at Centex Homes from October 2005 to August 2009 and positions in purchasing and business relations at Pacific Service Corp. and California First Leasing Corporation. Early career roles included Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and supervisory positions in hospitality at Hilton and Hotel Del Coronado. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Strategic Management from California State University-Sacramento.
