Steven Gresham

Steven Gresham has extensive experience in land planning and development, currently serving as the Director of Land Planning and Entitlement at PulteGroup since January 2016. Prior to this role, Steven held several positions at John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods, including Land Development Manager and Operations Planner, from April 2009 to January 2016. His tenure at John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods also includes roles as Division Production Manager and Neighborhood Operations Manager from October 1999 to February 2009. Steven Gresham earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from LaGrange College between 1995 and 1999.
