William Hunter

William Hunter currently serves as the Land Planning and Entitlements Manager at PulteGroup, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, William worked at Stimmel Associates, P.A. for seven years, progressing from an intern to Land Planning Designer III, where responsibilities included site due diligence, zoning plan preparation, and coordination of consultant services. Education was pursued at Clemson University, where William earned a degree from 2012 to 2016, and included international experience at BAC in Barcelona in 2015. Additional early experience includes sales assistance and volunteer work, with part-time roles from 2009 to 2014.
