William Smith

William "Bubba" Smith has built a substantial career in the construction and housing industry, currently serving as the National Manager for Audits, Training, and Safety at PulteGroup, Inc. since 2009. Prior to this role, Smith held various positions at Pulte Homes Inc., including National Manager of Training and Operations, as well as Manager of Development & Training. Smith's experience dates back to the early 1980s, with significant roles such as Division Instructor & Safety Director and Project Manager for Residential Construction at Pulte Homes of Michigan. Smith's foundational experience includes work as a Construction Field Superintendent with Pulte Homes East in Denver, Colorado. Educationally, Smith completed high school with a focus on history, attending Arvada High School and Hover High in Fresno, California.
