Casey Porter

Casey Porter is the Teamhead of Planning & Operations at PUMA Group, where they manage the Demand Planning and Merchandising Operations teams. Previously, they worked at True Hero Amazon Account Management as an Account Manager and served as a Customer Operations Supervisor at New Balance. With experience in sales operations and customer service management at Craft Sportswear North America, Casey has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Casey holds a BA in Media and Communication and Dance from Muhlenberg College, where they were a Dean's List recipient.
