Sonya Khan

Sonya Khan is an accomplished professional with a Master’s degree in Strategic Human Resource Management and Labour Relations from Göteborgs universitet. Currently, they serve as the Nordic People & Organization Business Partner at PUMA Group and are a Chief People Officer Trainee at Telia. In the past, Sonya held various HR roles, including Human Resources Coordinator at Gröna Lunds Tivoli and Talent Acquisition Specialist at H&M Group. They are presently in their second year of HR studies with a focus on psychology at Södertörn University, aiming to implement effective strategies that enhance employee performance and leadership development.
