Delaney McMillan

Delaney McMillan is a driven student pursuing a degree in psychology with a focus on human resources at Santa Clara University. Currently serving as the president of Into the Wild, they lead a team that organizes outdoor adventures for over 1,000 participants annually while securing essential resources and funding. Delaney's experience includes roles as an insurance coordinator at Mint Dental Works and a Miller Center Fellow, where they conducted impactful research for social enterprise All Across Africa. Additionally, they contribute to the founding talent team at Pump, a Y Combinator startup, showcasing their commitment to strategic planning and community engagement.
