Rais A. Mohammad has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Rais A. began their career at Dell in 2000 as a Senior Consultant, where they served until 2006. In this role, they provided expertise in enterprise servers.

After leaving Dell, Rais joined 2Cimple Inc. in 2006 as the Head of Product Development. During their time there, they were responsible for developing an interactive video-based app platform for marketing and ad placements on web and social networks. Rais A. managed the product development team and utilized Agile/Scrum methodologies for the product's lifecycle.

In 2015, Rais co-founded Tixsee and became the Head of Product Development. Rais A. oversaw all aspects of product development, including planning, hiring, budgeting, roadmap planning, and integration with partner solutions. Rais successfully established and developed the Tixsee product development organization from scratch. One notable achievement during their time at Tixsee was the development and launch of the Dallas Mavericks Mobile app, which was the first-to-market immersive mobile ticketing and primary ticket marketplace solution.

Most recently, Rais joined PumpJack Dataworks in 2018 as a Senior Project Manager. In this role, they provided technical leadership in various project aspects, including scoping, planning, costing, analysis, scheduling, monitoring, and offshore team management. Rais A. also managed ETL pipeline projects for customer data lakes and warehouses, ensuring compliance with data security and GDPR and SOC2 attestations. Rais cultivated cohesive relationships with multiple organizations, ensuring prompt and effective project completion.

Rais A. Mohammad completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering at The University of Texas at Arlington from 1985 to 1989. In 2014, they obtained a certification as a ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance.
