Ahmad has held a variety of positions in the finance and banking industry over the past 10 years. In 2011, they began their career at Renezza India Pvt Ltd as a Team Lead Manager-Collection & Recovery, a Subject Matter Expert-Collection & Recovery, and a Sr Executive-Collection & Recovery. In 2015, they took on the role of Co-Founder & CEO at Tax & Taxation India, in addition to the role of Assistant Manager-Collection & Recovery at Renezza India Pvt Ltd. In 2017, they became the Collections Manager at Renezza India Pvt Ltd, and in 2019 they were appointed Head - Collection and Strategy -National Key Account Manager at N-Tech Services and Consultancy LLP. In 2020, Ahmad was named Head of Business Expansion & Accounts Receivable at Bijak and in 2022 they took on the role of Assistant Vice President at pumpumpum and Head of Business Volume -PNL-Collection Strategy at Onato. In each of these roles, Ahmad was responsible for billing & collections, business growth strategy, collection planning, legal recovery, training & development, and business loan recovery.

Ahmad completed their Diploma in Business Administration and Management, General from Himachal Pradesh Jobs in 2014. Ahmad then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Technology in Accounting from OPJS University Churu in 2017. Finally, Ahmad earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Financial Management Services from Arni University in 2019.
