Eric Liaw

Eric Liaw has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Eric started their career as a Teacher Assistant at Math Enrichment in 2010, where they filed and graded assignments and tests, supervised after-school activities, and collaborated with staff members and teachers.

In 2016, Eric worked as a Freelance Web Designer, handling web design projects independently. Eric then joined Stronghold Studios - Academy of Art University in 2017 as an Interaction Designer & Developer, contributing to design and development projects.

Since 2018, Eric has been part of Punchcut, starting as an Interaction Designer and eventually progressing to Senior Interaction Designer. In May 2021, they were promoted to Lead Immersive Designer, responsible for leading immersive design projects. Currently, Eric holds the position of Associate Director, Interaction + Immersive Design, where they take on a leadership role in designing interactive and immersive experiences.

Eric Liaw completed their Associate's Degree in Liberal Studies: Teacher Education from Irvine Valley College from 2010 to 2014. Eric then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Web Design & New Media from the Academy of Art University from 2014 to 2017.
