Buildings don't underperform because the technology is wrong. They underperform because the system was never designed for them. Off-the-shelf vendor ecosystems treat every building the same — same configuration, same logic, same limitations. That's not intelligent. That's automated.
PUNIQ is a network of international engineers and consultants who design custom building intelligence systems — tailored to each building, independent of any hardware vendor, and engineered to deliver internationally certified, high-performance intelligent buildings.
We work across: BMS, HVAC, energy management, access control, security, lighting, IoT infrastructure, and the data intelligence layer that connects it all.
How we work:
Analyze — For existing buildings, we deploy diagnostic algorithms across your BMS, energy, and sensor data to detect waste patterns, anomalies, and system conflicts that manual audits cannot find. For new construction, we model expected energy behavior, occupancy scenarios, and system interactions to architect intelligence into the design before the first wall goes up. Both paths deliver a vendor-neutral intelligence report with quantified findings and a prioritized roadmap.
Architect — Our core. We design unified architectures using open protocols — BACnet, MQTT, Modbus, KNX — engineered around how your building actually operates. HVAC responds to real occupancy. Lighting adjusts to daylight and presence. The architecture learns from the building's own data — getting more efficient every month.
Implement — We provide hardware, manage integration, and oversee commissioning. Every sensor and data pipeline feeds the intelligence layer from day one. The system goes live already collecting and correlating.
Optimize — Continuous improvement. The intelligence layer monitors consumption against predicted baselines, flags deviations in real time, detects equipment degradation before failure, and refines its models across seasons and occupancy patterns.
