Michael Witt

Michael Witt has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Michael is currently the CFO at Puori since March 2019. Prior to this, they owned their own consulting firm, MWITT CONSULTING, starting in July 2018. Before starting their consulting firm, Michael worked as the Interim CFO at DYRBERG/KERN from July 2018 to February 2019.

From September 2017 to June 2018, Michael held the position of Nordic Finance Manager at LEMAN, where they were responsible for the finance departments in the Nordic region. In addition, they implemented group treasury function and currency hedging.

Before LEMAN, Michael worked at Dyrberg/Kern as the Finance Manager from July 2012 to December 2016. Michael'sresponsibilities included managing customer care, claim, and finance departments, as well as providing financial management, reporting, and forecasting support to the owners and board of Directors.

From November 2008 to June 2012, Michael worked at NSS Financial A/S as the Report Manager. Michael handled monthly retail reporting for all stores in the Nordic, as well as P&L and balance sheet reporting and preparation for monthly consolidation.

Prior to NSS Financial A/S, Michael served as the CFO at OLIVER'S Petfood Global A/S from November 2007 to November 2008. In this role, they were responsible for finance, IT, HR, and administration in Denmark and Sweden.

Michael's career began at Ernst & Young, where they worked as a Supervisor from September 2004 to October 2007. Michael'sresponsibilities included planning, conducting, and reporting audits for medium and large-sized companies, as well as being involved in IFRS implementations and process optimization. Michael also served as an internal teacher at Ernst & Young's training program.

Before Ernst & Young, Michael worked as an Auditor at RSM plus from September 2001 to August 2004.

Michael Witt attended Copenhagen Business College Niels Brock from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a degree in HHX with a focus on Business College. Following this, from 2002 to 2007, they pursued studies at Copenhagen Business School and earned an HD degree in Audit and Accounting.
