Currently serving as Senior Lead for Carbon at PUR, David develops carbon methodology and quantification for agroforestry projects while managing knowledge systems and supporting business development efforts. Previously, as Director of Methodology and Standards at Taking Root, David focused on innovative carbon quantification methodologies and certification processes across Latin America, enhancing environmental impact through reforestation initiatives. David holds a Master's degree in Public Affairs from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and Political Science from the University of Louisville.
