Emma Ruby is currently the R&D Manager for Bakery Improvers & Mixes at Puratos, a position held since 2019. Prior to this role, they worked in R&D for Bakery Mixes at Puratos from 2017 to 2019, participating in the VIE programme. Emma’s earlier experience includes internships at FrieslandCampina and TIPIAK EPICERIE, focusing on food structuring and product optimization.
