Jens Moons is currently the R&D Manager at Puratos, where they lead the development and optimization of CUBEASE, a novel single-dose bread improver. Previously, Jens served as a PhD Researcher at KU Leuven from 2016 to 2021, and held roles at Pfizer as a Project Engineer for Codevelopment and as a Project Optimization Manager at Danone. Jens earned a Master's degree in Biochemistry and Biotechnology from KU Leuven, graduating Magna Cum Laude, alongside Bachelor's degrees in Biochemistry and Chemistry from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and UHasselt, respectively.
