Liam Morris has a diverse background in food science and customer service, with experience spanning several roles. Beginning as a Team Member at Greggs from August 2012 to August 2016, responsibilities included food production and customer service. Concurrently, a Delivery Driver position at Firezza Pizza Ltd was held from July 2015 to July 2016. Liam then pursued a PhD at the University of Leeds from January 2017 to July 2022, focusing on food science research, which included crystallization of confectionery fats and ultrasound techniques for food analysis. Following this, roles included Senior Bakery Scientist at Campden BRI and a Postgraduate Researcher position, along with teaching responsibilities as a Laboratory Demonstrator and Head of Student Labs.
