Roxane Detry is a bioengineer with a Ph.D. in Food Science, specializing in fats. Currently serving as the R&D Manager for Specialty Fats at Puratos since 2021, Roxane focuses on innovation in formulation and processes. Previously, Roxane completed a Ph.D. research project at Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech in partnership with Puratos, concentrating on fat crystallization for puff pastry margarine applications. Roxane has also gained valuable experience through internships in quality control and clean labeling projects, complemented by a strong educational background in bioscience engineering.
