Sofia Morais is the Regulatory Affairs Director at Puratos Group, where they lead the global Regulatory Affairs Department and develop regulatory strategies to facilitate market access for innovative solutions. With a robust background in Global Regulatory & Scientific Affairs in food and feed, they possess in-depth knowledge of the EU regulatory framework and have effectively liaised with various stakeholders worldwide. Previously, Sofia held positions at the European Snacks Association, Kemin Industries, and Unilever, showcasing strong operational and management skills throughout their career. They are currently pursuing studies at both Universidade Técnica de Lisboa and Instituto Superior de Ciências da Saúde-Sul.
